Terms & Conditions

4 nights minimum stay required. Exception: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Xmas, and New Year have a five (5) nights minimum stay.

Shorter stays are permitted if other dates already booked prevent the minimum stay requirement as quoted above.

1. This property has a $75.00 cleaning fee. However, if the condo is rented for more than four weeks, the cleaning fee will be waived.

2. $250 or 20% (higher amount) - reservation deposit to hold the unit. (Non-refundable)   We accept Pay Pal. Click here. 

3. Balance of rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

4. $250 damage deposit will be due before arrival. This deposit is released 14 days after departure with no damage to the condo.

5. Check in time is after 4 pm, check out time is no later than 10 am.

6. No refund if cancellation received within 6 weeks of arrival date. All cancellations must be received in writing.

7. Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking inside the property.

8. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 people per bedroom and 2 on a sleeper sofa.

9. All prices subject to Florida Tax of 13%.
